Ms. Weatherman has served on our board of directors since April 2013. Ms. Weatherman has been a Special Limited Partner of Warburg Pincus since January 2016. Ms. Weatherman previously was a Managing Director of Warburg Pincus and a member of the firm’s Executive Management Group. Ms. Weatherman joined Warburg Pincus in 1988 and led the firm’s Healthcare Group from 2008 to 2015. Ms. Weatherman currently serves on the board of directors of Insulet Corporation., Vapotherm Inc., and Nevro Corp., all publicly traded medical device companies. She serves on the board of trustees of Stanford University and Mount Holyoke College. Ms. Weatherman received a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
